Returns and Replacements Policy

Due to the nature of the product we sell, Marcus Sophia Winery cannot accept any returns on wine as we cannot be responsible for customer shipped returns and would be unable to resell any returned merchandise. If the quality of the wine has been compromised due to a manufacturing defect, Marcus Sophia Winery will gladly replace the affected product.

If for some reason the product is damaged in transit, the merchandise will be replaced in a timely manner. Please be sure to document any damages to better assist the replacement process. To execute a replacement request, please visit the Returns page and provide all required information. Someone from the winery will get in contact with you to arrange product replacement.
